The Bishop Waterfalls are situated in Shillong, in the Indian state of Meghalaya. Among the tallest waterfalls in India, the 22nd highest waterfalls in India. Bishop Waterfalls is a three-tiered waterfall with a height of 135 meters (443 ft). Given that they both flow into the same gaping gorge at the base of the same escarpment, the Bishop’s Waterfalls are frequently referred to as the Beadon Falls’ twin brother. Off the NH 40 in Mawprem are Beadon Falls and Bishop Falls. In Mawlai, a winding path leads to a vantage point from where both falls can be seen at once.
