The Kynrem Waterfalls are situated in the East Khasi Hills district of the Indian state of Meghalaya, 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from Cherrapunji. It may be found within Thangkharang Park. It is India’s seventh-highest waterfall. Water falls from a height of 305 metres on three levels at the Kynrem Falls (1,001 ft). The fall divides into two distinct streams or rivulets, each of which gathers speed as it descends the final leg of the third tier.
