The Vantawng Khawhthla is located in the Indian state of Mizoram’s Serchhip district, 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) south of Thenzawl. It is one of Mizoram’s largest waterfalls. From Aizawl, it is 92 kilometers (57 miles) away.
The highest and most impressive of Mizoram’s waterfalls and cascades is Vantawng Khawhthla, also known as Vantawng Falls. It is formed in the Vanva River near Thenzawl and is named after Vantawnga.
